Tom and Peppy Misovski immigrated to the United States in the late 60's from Macedonia. They purchased their first
Polish bakery in 1972. The bakery was called the Hazel Park Bakery and it was located in Hazel Park. Tom worked
the night shift while Peppy worked the day shift. They owned and operated the bakery for over 21 years until they
were forced to relocate in 1996. During the 21 years they owned several other bakeries.
Tom had a dream to open a pizzeria, but not just a pizzeria. He wanted to open a business that combined pizza,
subs and baked goods. He also wanted to open it in Troy, MI. His dream came true on September 10th
1996, when he opened Peppy's Pizza Subs and Bakery.
Today, Peppy's is a carry-out /delivery pizzeria that offers an extensive menu. We've just added Amish Chicken
and Ribs. We will continue to add other foods based on the needs of our customers.
